The SGT schedule is available for fitness classes and personal training sessions between 5:30am to 10:30am and 4:30pm to 7:30pm on weekdays, as well as Saturday mornings from 8:30am to 10:30am. Our flexible scheduling options allow members to enjoy daily workouts at the times that best fit their busy lives.
