The SGT is available between 5:30am to 10:30am and 4:30pm to 7:30pm weekdays and Saturday mornings from 8:30am to 10:30am. Our flexible scheduling options allow members to enjoy daily workouts on the days and times that best fits their busy schedule. Simply book your session anytime during the studio hours to train with the trainers.
