We have qualified friendly Personal Trainers with specialist skills such as rehabilitation, pre/post natal, weight loss and strength building, as well as specific sports training. We offer customized daily fitness programing by Certified Personal Trainers. Nashua members receive personal coaching based on their fitness level and workout experience. We maintain 1:8 trainer to participants ratio to assure fun, safe and results based workout environment for all.
If one of your goal is to lose weight fast, we offer personalized diet and nutrition program's through our Wellness Coaches in the WeighLess Zone.
Arrive about 10 minutes early to meet the Personal Trainer and discuss your workout experience or physical limitations. Wear athletic clothing, sneakers, bring a water bottle and small towel. We slow things down for beginners and focus on getting you comfortable with the equipment & exercise movement. You will have a personalize experience tailored you your fitness level and experience.
